Biography:
T. Otis Baker was a lawyer from Natchez, Mississippi. He also served as captain of Company A, Tenth Regiment, Mississippi Infantry, and was wounded in the battles of Shiloh and Atlanta during the Civil War. Baker later served in the Adams Light Infantry.
