A twenty-two page manuscript containing the constitution, by-laws, minutes of meetings, and a list of members of the Law Library Association. The purpose of the association was the establishment of a law library in Jackson for the use of members and other lawyers who paid the subscription fee. Members of the association included Volney E. Howard, Alexander K. McClung, Edward Turner, J. S. Yerger, H. L. Foote, and Albert G. Brown.
