Biography:

Ira G. Holloway

Ira G. Holloway was born in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama. He served in the Mississippi Legislature from Monroe County, 1871-1875. In 1866 he moved to Oxford, Lafayette County. 

 

Scope and Content Note:

This letter was written by Ira G. Holloway to Dr. C. R. Agnew of New York concerning a prescription for medicine for Mrs. Holloway's eyes. Holloway wrote from DeSoto Front, DeSoto County.
