Biography:

Anthony V. "Mr. Biloxi" Ragusin

Anthony V. Ragusin, known as "Mr. Biloxi," made sure that Biloxi stayed on the map. He has chanted the fame of his native city across the Atlantic and Pacific during his military career and to all points in between during his long tenure as secretary and general manager of the Biloxi Chamber of Commerce. Upon retiring from public duties in 1967, Anthony had a key role in putting Keesler on the map. He also was quite an author and historian.
