First Presbyterian Church (Corinth, Miss.) Records (Z/1673)
Dates: 1866-1979.
MDAH only has microfilm.
The predecessor church of the First Presbyterian Church of Corinth was organized sometime in 1858. During the Civil War, the session records were lost, and the church was reorganized on May 6, 1866. These records consist of five volumes (10 linear inches) containing Minutes of Session and related materials. Some of the entries appear to be back-dated. Miscellaneous, loose-leaf items were filmed where they had been inserted into the volumes.
