White supremacist tract in which the author argues that “the negro should neither hold office, vote nor sit on juries in this white man’s government,” that “there was no negro before the flood,” and that “the United States might as well undertake to change the Jew’s religion and teach them to be good Gentiles as to try to change the negro’s nature by education.” The author’s solution to the “negro problem” is to “let the negro quit the towns and politics and return to the farm.”
