Whole issue of a periodical targeted for African Americans containing four articles, an editorial, and a poem. One of the articles is entitled “Will Justice Ever Be Meted Out to the Negro Criminal in America?” A. J. Gary notes in the article that “Every individual of our race should have high and lofty ideas, should exercise his brain to create successful ideas, we are told that we generally begin a thing, but never finish, if it be true then let us be more fraternal toward each other and strive to finish out task strongly.”
