Annual report of an institution established to prepare native Africans for missionary service in Africa as well as to provide them vocational skills that would be useful when they return to that continent. The report is illustrated with photographs of students and faculty as well as one woodcut depicting “slave punishment.” Approximately two-thirds of the report is taken up by lists of subscribers and donors broken out by their place of residence in Wales. A form for making bequests to the Institute appears inside the back cover.
