Whole issue of “a monthly illustrated magazine devoted to the interests of the Colored Race.” The magazine is illustrated with photographs and displays advertisements in the front and back. This issue contains a “Brief History of Troop ‘K,’ 10th U.S. Cavalry” by an enlisted man stationed at Fort Robinson, Nebraska. A photograph of the troop with each man identified in the caption appears on page 730.
