Correspondence concerning the efforts of Charles F. Heartman, New Orleans, Louisiana, to establish a cooperative colony on a farm in Forrest County on which he later lived. Most of the correspondence resulted from advertisements in the Saturday Review of Literature. Included are two mimeographed letters from Sherwood Eddy (April 16 and May 15, 1936) concerning "The Delta Cooperative Farm" at Hillhouse.
